With over 15 years as a professional actor and opera singer, Alexis Wesley is uniquely positioned to lend her warm mezzo-soprano voice to a wide range of characters.

From strong yet approachable women in classics, literary or historical fiction, romance, humor and rom-com to the curious protagonist in mysteries, thrillers, suspense and horror to characters fighting for their lives in fantasy, sci-fi and new adult, she stays true to an author’s intention while breathing life into each character.

As a Cuban-American with French-Canadian family, she is fluent in English, Spanish and French. Her facility with languages and dialects makes her a great match for novels with a myriad cast of characters.

With a curious mind and interests ranging from art and dance to cooking and travel to animals and classic cars, she relishes stepping into the nonfiction author’s perspective across topics such as finance, biography, history, science and self-improvement.

When not onstage or behind the microphone in her fully equipped LA home studio, she is either designing graphics for opera companies, traveling the world, baking something from scratch or journaling with her small but beloved collection of fountain pens.

Originally from Cincinnati, she holds a Master of Music in Voice from CSUN, a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Xavier University, and is a graduate of the Stella Adler Conservatory of Acting in NYC.
